The document is a comprehensive bid spreadsheet for art supplies for the Niskayuna Central School District (NCSD) for the 2025-2026 school year. The bid covers an extensive range of art and classroom supplies, including categories such as apparel, ceramics, drawing materials, paint, paper, markers, printing supplies, and miscellaneous art tools. The bid is structured for a contract period from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with the Board of Education expected to appoint multiple successful vendors at its July 1, 2025 meeting. The spreadsheet contains 758 line items, plus additional items, covering a wide variety of art and classroom supplies with specific brand names, quantities, and packaging details.

The bid is designed to allow multiple vendors to supply art and classroom supplies to the district, with an emphasis on quality and value. While specific pricing details are not included in the spreadsheet, the extensive list suggests a comprehensive approach to meeting the district's art and educational supply needs. The bid appears to be a competitive solicitation allowing multiple vendors to provide various art supplies, potentially enabling the district to secure competitive pricing and ensure a diverse supply chain. The inclusion of additional items beyond the initial 758 line items indicates flexibility and potential for vendor-specific offerings or supplementary supplies.
