Additional Questions and clarifications concerning NCPC‐RFQ‐11‐06 Date: Monday, August 29, 2011

Question 1

Have the project goals and site been defined in detail? Will the initial phase of work for the Competition Advisor involve helping to flesh these out?

The agency partners have developed broad goals, but the contractor should refine and translate these goals into language that is appropriate for an artist call and that will ensure that we receive quality submissions. The agency partners will select the site. The contractor will identify the specific area or portion of the site where the installation should be located and include this information as part of the guidelines in the competition material.

Question 2

Will NCPC provide project administration "in house," such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, distributing the competition announcement and brief, setting up an on‐line submission portal, logging submissions, etc?

The agency partners will schedule and coordinate meetings, announce the competition and make technical arrangements for submissions. The contractor will develop the materials to be used for these activities.
