Scienomics Software Licenses and Support Statement of Work/Requirements Document

A. Background The Office of Information Systems Management’s (OISM) Research Services Office (RSO) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) manages and supports NIST’s enterprise on and off premise computing and data storage environments that underpin NIST’s mission and business functions. To fulfill its mission, the RSO utilizes Sonnet software. The current software licenses are not sufficient for current number of users. As a result, the purpose of this procurement is to add additional Sonnet software licenses so that RSO may continue to perform fundamental duties while receiving license maintenance support services.

B. Purpose /Objectives The purpose of this is add additional license of user seats for Sonnet software for access to their product used by research staff at NIST.

C. Description of Required Items/Services To obtain the rights to use, update, and receive support for Sonnet Software products. The contractor shall provide one maintenance and support for new licensed products as follows:

** Please note any courtesy discounts or free maintenance converted to additional discount to align maintenance with existing license pool currently expiring 12/31/2024.

D. Maintenance Support (included in product) Maintenance and support for Sonnet Software Products shall include the following:

• Provide NIST the right to use Sonnet Software licenses at the beginning of the performance cycle, including license registration and product key as necessary.

• Provide technical support during the period of performance.

• Provide upgrades and enhancements/fixes during the period of performance.

E. Period of Performance and Cost

Period of Performance July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
