Question and Answer Submittal Sheet
The scheduled maintenance calls are the same as prevenative maintenance and are expected to be routine.
These will be billed at a fixed price under CLINs 0001, 1001, and 2001. The solicitation also requests that a maintenance schedule is proposed as part of the technical volume. Unscheduled service calls would be emergency repairs and would fall under the category of unscheduled service calls. Unscheduled service calls will be billed at an hourly rate under CLIN 0002, 1002, and 2002 while all parts will billed under CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003 at a not to exceed amount of $10,000.00.
Not all service calls are unscheduled. Please see the answer to the question above.
No, this will be billed at a fixed rate that the contractor will quote in the pricing volume.
