The following addresses those requirements for Security.

If contractor personnel currently have a favorably adjudicated NACLC the Contractor will notify the Security Manager of the command they shall visit utilizing OPNAV 5521/27 Visit Request form. The visit request will be renewed annually or for the duration of the contract if less than one year. If no previous investigation exists, contractor personnel shall complete the requirement for a NACLC. Applicants can only access the e-QIP system if they have been instructed to do so by an appropriate official at sponsoring agency. Individuals cannot pre-apply for a security clearance, nor update their security questionnaire, unless granted access by an appropriate agency official.

Contractor personnel shall take all lawful steps available to ensure that information provided or generated pursuant to this arrangement is protected from further disclosure unless the agency provides written consent to such disclosure.

When the replacement of locks or re-keying is performed by the Government, the total cost of re-keying or the replacement of the lock or locks shall be deducted from the monthly payment due the Contractor. In the event a master key is lost or duplicated, all locks and keys for that system shall be replaced by the Government and the total cost deducted from the monthly payment due the Contractor.

The Contractor shall prohibit the use of Government issued keys/key cards by any persons other than the Contractor’s employees.
