Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Summary
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for Contract N6893626R0008, issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) for a Global Positioning System-Based Range Instrumentation Equipment program. The CDRL specifies 38 data items (A001 through A012) required from the contractor throughout contract performance, with submission requirements, distribution protocols, and handling instructions for each deliverable. All data items are controlled under Distribution Statement D and marked as Critical Technology Information (CTI), restricting distribution to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. The data items span administrative, technical, software, systems engineering, management, quality control, and miscellaneous categories, with submission frequencies ranging from one-time deliverables to monthly reports. Key deliverables include revisions to government documents (A001), conference reports (A002), presentation materials (A003), engineering change proposals (A004), configuration management plans (A005), training materials (A006), software development and testing documentation (A007-A00H), management and planning documents (A00J-A00M), technical reports (A00N), acceptance test plans and reports (A00P, A00W), technical data packages (A00Q), systems engineering management plans (A00R), government property inventory reports (A00S), operations security plans (A00M), notice of revisions (A00T), failure analysis reports (A00U-A00V), work plans (A00X-A00Y), meeting agendas (A00Z), configuration status accounting information (A010), requests for variance (A011), and certification data reports (A012).
Submission timelines vary by data item type: some require delivery prior to specific contract milestones (as little as 5 days after contract award or task order notification), while others are event-driven (e.g., within 14 days of a failure occurrence) or periodic (e.g., quarterly or monthly). Government review periods range from 7 to 30 days, after which contractors have 7 to 30 days to incorporate comments in revised submissions. All deliverables must be submitted in electronic format as agreed upon by both parties, with distribution addresses specified in FTXT.247-9505. The CDRL was prepared by NAWCWD on November 10, 2025, and approved by the DRRB Chairperson on February 25, 2026. Estimated total prices for individual data items are not specified in the remarks sections reviewed.
