SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION C - DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS

The following have been modified:

SOW

Pt Mugu Labs Generic Statement of work for low-voltage cabling for PM36 R1308-1314 Expectations for SOW

· All copper cabling systems, including structure cabling, patch panels, surface mount enclosures and keystone adapters shall be Berk-Tek/Leviton

· All fiber optic cabling systems, including structured horizontal and vertical cabling, fiber enclosures, patch panels, patch panel adapters and couplers shall be Corning; keystone adapters shall be shuttered

· All basket tray shall be Eaton

· All network cabinets and hardware shall be Chatsworth Products

· All copper patch cables shall be Cables2Go

· All fiber patch cables shall be Tripp Lite

· All network cables will be bundled neatly together when routed in pathways, based on network name and jacket color, and will be bundled and laced/velcro’d along the pathway

· All copper cabling must be separated based on classification, adhering to the guidance of the Red/Black TEMPEST Separation Guide, CNSSAM TEMPEST/1-13

· Contractor must ground and bond all cabinets, basket tray and shielded patch panels to the closest dedicated earth ground or the main TGB system, per manufacturer specification;

· Contractor must terminate, certify and label all new cables; test results shall be provided prior to acceptance

· Contractor must provide a new electronic as-built drawing of all new cabling or update existing as-built drawings, which can be provided at time of award; drawings must include drop ID’s

Overhead ladder rack

1) Provide and install approximately 75’ of 12” Universal Cable Runway; part # 10250-712

2) Provide and install (12) Cable Runway Radius Drop Stringer Adjustable (locations annotated per drawing); part # 12101-701

Classified Cabinet Hardware (AEA)

3) For the AEA network cabinet in R1310A, provide and install:

a. (4) CCH-CP24-E4 adapter panels to land and terminate the fiber; use existing Corning CCH-04U patch panel

Unclassified Cabinet Hardware (ConDev)

4) For the DITAC network cabinet in R1314, provide and install:

a. Use existing modular patch panels for terminations

b. (16) Leviton Cat6 Jack 61UJK-RV6

5) (16) locations, run to the classified network cabinet in R1310A

a. Provide and install (16) 6F MM OM3 fiber cables; (1) cable to each location

b. Terminate 4 of the 6 fiber strands on each end, LC

c. Provide and install (16) Leviton MOS Surface Mount Boxes; part # 41296-MMW with QuickPort adapters, 2-port adapters and blank modules

6) (1) locations, run to the classified network cabinet in R1310A

a. Provide and install (2) 6F MM OM3 fiber cables; (2) cable to each location

b. Terminate 6 of the 6 fiber strands on each end, LC

c. Provide and install (1) Leviton MOS Surface Mount Boxes; part # 41296-MMW with QuickPort adapters, 2-port adapters and blank modules

7) All network drops will be surface mount; provide and install white surface mount raceway or wiremold as-needed

8) Route cabling utilizing existing J-hooks above t-bar ceiling; provide additional J-hooks as-needed; route/lace/bundle/velcro separately and keep separation from unclassified cabling

Unclassified Horizonal Cabling (ConDev)

9) (16) locations, run to the DITAC Network Cabinet in R1314

a. Provide and install (32) green Cat6 UTP network cables; (2) cables to each location

b. Provide and install (16) white mounting boxes with two-port angled wall plates

c. Provide and install (16) Leviton Cat6 Jack 61UJK-RV6

d. Provide and install white surface mount raceway or wiremold as-needed

Audio/Video

10) Provide and install (2) ¾” fire rated plywood backboard, painted black, mounted to wall, to mount TVs to (as-needed)

11) Provide and install (2) Christie Secure Series II LCD Display, part # SUHD753-L

12) Provide and install (2) Peerless-AV Articulating Wall Mount; part # SA771PU

13) Provide and install (1) transition channel for conference room table with surface mount wiremold

Generic Statement of work for PM3008 (11) LMR 600 (6) From RM.

138 bulkhead & (5) From 136 bulkhead Expectations for SOW

· Provide and Install (11) LMR 600 Ultra-Flex cables (6) cables From RM. 138 bulkhead & (5) cables From RM. 136 bulkhead, up to a new rooftop enclosure. Cables are approximately 150’ each.

· Provide and install terminations for each end of the (11) cables.

· Provide and install (1) OSP NEMA4 enclosure for the rooftop where the cables will terminate.

· Provide and install a riser w/weather head from the rooftop enclosure to allow patch cables to exit the box to devices. 10’ of 4” PVC and weather head with weather grommets

· Re-work the existing PVC conduit on the rooftop and enter the existing conduit into new NEMA4 enclosure.

· Provide and install in the NEMA4 enclosure, (1) bulkhead/patch panel where the (11) cables will terminate.

· Provide and install all Stainless-Steel mounting hardware and strut as needed for any exposed parts on the rooftop.

· Land all (11) new cables on the existing bulk heads in room 138/136.

· Termination and certification for all new cabling, Documentation provided upon job completion.
