5All Request for Quote AttachmentsAll Request for Quote AttachmentsWe have multiple other contracts with the US Navy, including one with a DD254 and we possess a facility security clearance for classified information. Other programs utilize different methods for transmission and receipt of CUI. Due to the administrative delay we are experiencing with DLIS getting account POC correct, our request is would the PCO consider an alternate means of secure transmission of the CUI? One option is DoD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil) would permit immediate transmission of the data in a manner that protects the CUI. Another is the NSERC IDE (https://nserc.navy.mil/).Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information.
