SOW
Statement of Work F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT Implementing SAFe course Introduction This SOW defines the requirements for an Implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) course and workshop for the F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT. The F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT is using SAFe to design, build and test systems.
The IPT needs additional certified SAFe Program Consultants (SPC) that are organic to the organization. In order to receive an SPC certification, the individuals must attend an Implementing SAFe course provided by a Scaled Agile, Inc. partner.
Course description: During this four-day course, attendees will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) to achieve Business Agility in the Digital Age. Certifying as a SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC), and becoming a change agent, also enables attendees to train and certify others in a range of SAFe® courses. Scaled Agile, Inc. is the only organization that has the authority to certify SPCs.
Scaled Agile, Inc. partners with vendors to provide these certification courses to organizations. These partners are uniquely qualified to support large enterprises and government agencies through every phase of a Lean-Agile Transformation.
In addition to the Implementing SAFe course, the vendor will need to provide an additional 8-hour workshop as outlined in the requirements section.
