1.0 SCOPE

This Statement Of Work is to provide an offsite training facility for Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division Employment Development Division (NAWCWD EDD) to conduct classes due to the current training center’s damage due to the recent earthquake. These rooms are only to be used for training purposes. The objective is to provide NAWCWD EDD training specialists with a reliable and consistent training venue while evaluations/repairs are being performed to the training center located on board China Lake, CA.

2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

3.0REQUIREMENTS
3.0.1The vendor shall provide a facility that is located within 1-10 miles of the base, which has a minimum of two rooms that are fully equipped with the following amenities: accommodate a maximum of up to 40 people, tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 40 people (standard lecture style) in each room at one time. Rooms also need to be flexible in terms of seat configuration to meet the needs of separate training events and smaller break out room options to accommodate workshops. Standard class amenities also include projector, screen, and sound equipment or larger monitors cable of displaying presentations which can be seen from every seat in the room. Temperature monitored environment (AC/heater), equipped with handicap accessible restroom facilities to insure the comfort of those utilizing the space. Internet/ Wi-Fi (minimum of 150 MB) accessibility for course facilitators and students to access online dashboards and webpages as need to accommodate the need of a class and support up to 40 laptop stations when computer based training events are scheduled. Secure and locked facilities are required to insure any training class material can be locked up overnight when conducting a multi-day course. Standard hours of Business would be 0700-1800, Monday- Friday with the option to access the space for classroom setup on the weekend as needed. The vendor shall submit quarterly billing through Wide Area Workflow for the weeks the classrooms are used by NAWCWD. The government POC will make arrangements with the vendor prior to scheduling classes in these rooms.This is not an exclusive rental of the rooms. The contractor has the right to rent these rooms to other organizations if no arrangments have been made by the government POC.The period of performance will be for a one-year period, 01 October 2019 to 30 September 2020. This does not guarantee that we will rent the training rooms for all 52 weeks of the year.

3.2 MATERIALS

The contractor shall provide projector, screen, sound equipment, projector screens or larger monitors, local printer, local scanner, local copy machine, climate controlled rooms, handicap accessible restroom facilities, internet/ Wi-Fi, and an established infrastructure to support up to 40 laptop stations when computer based training events are scheduled for each room.
