Yes, the hotel is responsible for providing breakfast and will also provide dinner or dinner vouchers which will be included in the nightly rate.

N6883618Q0176 be self-pay at time of arrival. Please confirm if Government will make payment to Offerors for lodging of the 72 PN via S 321 funding, while the other 22 PN pays directly to the hotel?

Government Response: The Government will make payment to FLC for the 72 rooms who will then make payment to the offerors while the remaining 22 PN personnel will pay the hotel directly.

8. Reference C. 8 TEMPORARY OFFICE FACILITIES: Please confirm that there is a total of 9 office trailers that are required, as there are two almost identical requirements of different quantities provided in the SOW.

Government Response: After review, the SOW reflects 10 trailers. There are different requirements for the trailers therefore they are separated in paragraph form. Please see below.

Require a total of eight (8) office trailers: 12 foot by 56-foot mobile office trailers, with toilet facilities (300 gallon holding tanks will be provided by another contractor), air conditioning able to sustain a temperature of 70 degrees with approximately twenty (20) personnel and twelve (12) computers per trailer , two (2) (sets) of steps (OSHA size 103), one (1) fire extinguisher, trailer skirting, window curtains installed on each window or equivalent, (4) Ethernet drops in each of the end spaces and (8) within the center space of the trailer, (1) portable air conditioning unit, two (2) mini-refrigerators and two (1) microwave per trailer.

Require a total of one (1) office trailers: 12 foot by 56 foot mobile office trailer, with toilet facilities (300 gallon holding tanks will be provided by another contractor), an air conditioning unit (or two) capable of maintaining a 70 degree temperature with twenty (20) personnel, three

(3) computer servers, and twelve (12) computers which emit large amounts of extra heat, (4)

Ethernet drops in each of the end spaces and (8) within the center space of the trailer (example provided), two (2) (sets) of steps per trailer (OSHA size 103), one (1) fire extinguisher, trailer skirting, window curtains installed on each window, one (1) portable air conditioning unit, and two (2) mini-refrigerators and two (2) microwaves per trailer.

Require a total of one (1) Kitchenette trailer: 12 foot by 56 mobile trailer, no toilet facilities required, no stoves or ovens required, working air conditioning, one (1) portable air conditioning unit, two (2) (sets) of steps per trailer (OSHA size 103), one (1) fire extinguisher, trailer skirting, window curtains or equivalent installed on each window, (2) full size refrigerator’s and (1) microwave and a sink. Ensure that electrical within the trailer can handle the load of all listed appliances to include three (3) large coffee pots.

9. Reference C.9 TEMPORARY RESTROOM FACILITY. Does the government require that the Restroom Trailer be Amasons product, or is an equivalent product acceptable?

Government Response: There is a strong preference to AMASONS because other companies have been used in the past and their professionalism and response time to emptying holding tanks and maintenance calls were subpar at best. It is of utmost importance that the response time and professionalism be upheld as the last company used were not responding in a timely manner which in turn caused a HAZMAT spill which we had to deploy a HAZMAT team on base to respond to the spill causing the exercise to pause for 4 hours which is unacceptable.
