About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Preventive and Emergency Maintenance services for the Aluminum Anodizing Process Line at the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) in Jacksonville, FL. The FRCSE is seeking potential business sources to provide maintenance and repair services for this custom-engineered anodize line, which includes 13 process tanks, material handling automation, process controls, ventilation, and other supporting equipment.
The RFI provides background on the anodize line, the required maintenance and repair services, and the capabilities the Government is seeking. It requests interested parties, both large and small businesses, to submit a capability package addressing their relevant experience, qualifications, and ability to perform the work, including providing onsite support, as-built components, and responding to emergencies. The deadline for responses is 1000 am EST on 12 June 2024. The Government intends to use the responses to determine if any competitive Small Business set-aside opportunities exist before issuing a formal solicitation.
