About this file
This document contains pre-solicitation questions and answers regarding the Commander, Fleet Readiness Center Engineering and Logistics Technical Support Services requirement. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to release a request for proposal for engineering and logistics support services at Fleet Readiness Centers in separate task orders, one for engineering at FRCSE and FRCE and another for logistics at FRCSE and FRCSW. Industry feedback was also requested on awarding an enterprise-level multiple-award contract for these services. The pre-solicitation notice indicated the requirement would be set aside for small businesses but final approvals were still pending. No other details were provided on response dates, period of performance, or pricing terms. Incumbent contractors were performing approximately 50 active task orders but their size status and eligibility to compete were not disclosed.
