1. Extend the proposal submission due date to 28 July 2023 at 12:00 PM Eastern.
2. Provide answer to the following question:
a. Question: In reference to the items that are listed on the contents chart 3329AS370 on drawing 3329AS100 these part numbers have been determined to be obsolete as per the specified source on the drawing 3329AS100: TN550-500, TN550-562, TN550-625, TN550-688. According to the vendor they have been replaced by a single tool P/N: TN3176-1. Please confirm the obsolescence and provide guidance.
Response: The obsolescence has been confirmed by the technical team and the Part Number of the drawings that have changed has been updated in the SOW. P/N: 3329AS100-3 was changed to 3329AS100-4. The following drawings have had major changes within the 3329AS series drawings:
3329AS3000 – Replaced 4 tools with one tool 3329AS370 – Contents chart updated to reflect the layout of tools.
3329AS320 – P/N was changed to reflect on the ID Plate.
All drawings within this series, 3329AS, have been changed to implement the new part numbers that replaced the items no longer available and have been provided to all verified data custodians.
b. Question: In the PIEE solicitation module there is a box to check that states:
“Solicitation N68335R0049 has amendments that require your acknowledgement. To be considered for award you must acknowledge each amendment and submit (or resubmit) your response to ensure your response complies with the changes. By checking this box you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of each amendment”. Does this mean that by checking the box there is not a need to include the five (or however many amendments) signed SF30’s with our offer?
Response: The box must be checked and in accordance with the instructions in the Block 11a of the SF 30 amendment signed copies of all amendments must be included with proposals.
3. The Statement of Work has been revised to change the SHIP TO address to DLA DISTRIBUTION SUSQUEHANNA PA. Quantities will be specified on delivery orders.
