Question 1:

I have tried to look up the serial numbers provided and SN 234278 is the only system I have a record for.

Can you provide a picture of the data plates from the other systems? If I can get the hours on each system that would be helpful too. I will need to look up all of the service parts before I can provide a quote.

Answer:

Please see Attachment (5) – Data Plates.

Question 2:

I have been getting requests to quote the services in Guam for the 5 Bauer compressors. Unfortunately the requests that have been send to me do not include enough information to provide an accurate quotation. The only valid SN that has been provided is 234278 DDTR26, the other 4 systems information is not correct. The contractors that have contacted me will not provide the information and want me to quote the services as stated on the RFQ, which does not contain enough information. If we are required to quote off of this information we will have to quote for parts and supplies that may not be needed and may not be able to perform the services adequately. Ideally we would like to have a picture of the data plate from each piece of equipment. The description " Vehicle mounted Bauer compressor new heavy rescue" does not provide me with enough information to create an accurate quote.

Answer:

Please see Attachment (5) – Data Plates.

Question 3:

Thank you for the response. I am able to track the dataplates for the compressor systems 1-4 on the list, however the photos from the new heavy rescue are for the Pierce fill station (Resolve industries) and not the Bauer compressor SN. Since we are not related to RSP we cannot track the compressor SN for that system. We would need the SN off of the compressor skid to provide correct part numbers. It would look similar to the first photo with Model Number, Block Number, Serial Number…

Answer:

This is correct the system is a cascade fill only. The scope will not be as expansive, inspection is for proper function and replacement parts as needed.
