This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for repairs and maintenance on the USS NEW YORK (LPD 21). The PWS covers a variety of repairs and services such as relief valve testing, insulation repair, pump and motor replacements, window wiper assembly replacement, and crane/rigging services. Key details include:

The work is to be performed under the oversight of the Designated Government Representative (the "SUPERVISOR"). The PWS identifies specific equipment, locations, and repair/replacement requirements. Contractors must have the capability to perform hydrostatic testing, alignment, operational testing, and compartment closeout inspections. The government will provide some long lead time material. The period of performance is in fiscal year 2025. This PWS supports an upcoming solicitation by the Department of the Navy NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center in Sigonella, Italy for maintenance and repair services for the USS NEW YORK.
