SITE VISIT: Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit scheduled on June 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM. (Pacific Standard Time) to satisfy all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance and to ensure understanding of the current operations and business requirements. Interested contractors are to report to the Camp Pendleton MAIN GATE (Oceanside, California/off I-5) by 9:45AM. We will have a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at the Main Gate between 9:30 – 9:45AM to sponsor contractor Camp Pendleton access. It shall be the contractor responsibility for reporting to the Main Gate on time and subsequently to the site visit location meeting point. After 9:45AM or after all contractors have been registered at the Camp Pendleton Main Gate, the COR will escort vendors to the site visit location meeting point.

Contracting Office Representative (COR):

Mr. Mark Grinnell Mobile: (760) 300-5024

Site Visit Location Meeting Point:

Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton Building H-200, 200 Mercy Circle 1st Floor / Quarterdeck Lobby Camp Pendleton, CA, 92055-5191.

Though contractor site visit attendance is NOT MANDATORY, we highly recommend/encourage attendance. The Government COR shall not wait or return to the main gate to escort late contractors nor shall another site visit be scheduled for late contractors. This site visit shall be the one and only site visit for the requirement. In no event shall failure of the contractor to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim during the solicitation period, after contract award, or any other period within the contract process. Contractor questions/requests submitted before the posted date/time to do so, inclusive of those answers to contractor questions addressed at the site visit shall be answered and posted within an amendment to the solicitation.
