Comments

Both services include monitoring and fault-fixing on the Wi-Fi system, as well as a high grade of service on the CATV feed. The Wi-Fi maintenance extends to the core switch and the distributed switches that are dedicated to that system, as well as the access points themselves.

Engineering in support of these two systems may be requested for any extra services that may be needed or for any adjustments that may be needed that lie outside the scope of the usual Cox support.
