1.1 Places of Performance – Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport
(NUWC)
1.2 Authorized Users – All Codes at NUWCDIVNPT

2.0 Scope
The BPA will provide all authorized NUWC employees (Buyers) with the ability to order compressed gases through an on-line ordering system. This will be a paper-less “Just-In-Time” (JIT) office supply desktop to desktop ordering, delivery and invoicing system which will utilize electronic transfer of data in a secured environment. All orders placed against this BPA shall be made by Authorized Users. The Government will provide a current “Authorized User List” to the seller and update as necessary. This system will provide timely delivery to the final destination (building, room, laboratory). Each order shall be placed on a FILL/KILL basis. Seller shall provide a Monthly Usage/Sales Report which details in chronological order each individual purchase made by authorized Buyers as well as any cylinder pickups/returns for the previous month via email to the NUWCDIVNPT Environmental Department. Seller shall provide a Quarterly Usage/Sales Report for each authorized Buyer in chronological order via email to the
NUWCDIVNPT.

2. The price of each item must include the cost of a 30 day rental for the cylinder holding the product being purchased.
3. Each lease begins on the day the cylinder or item of property is physically delivered to its final destination at NUWCNPT.
