1) Q: Where is the work supposed to be carried out? Is it at the government’s facility or contractor’s facility?
A: All CLINs are virtual training only.
2) Q: Is there an Incumbent for this contract? If yes, please provide contract number, value and details of the incumbent.
A: No incumbent
3) Q; Is Incumbent allowed to bid on this contract?
A: N/A
4) Q: Are subcontractors allowed?
A: Yes
5) Q: Are teaming partners allowed?
A: Yes
6) Q: Do we need to submit past performance details? If so, are the references of teaming partners accepted?
A: Past performance reference submissions are not required. However, as stated in the RFQ, the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.
7) Q: Do we need to submit a capability statement?
A: No
8) Q: Line item #0009 AZ-303T00 and AZ-304T00 Azure Architect is a combined 9-day course (5 and 4 Days) Q: We can deliver as prescribed, however; we have an exclusive 5-day boot camp with extended hours of 8AM-8PM. Would this be an option for participants?
A: No. Students must not go beyond an 8 hour day of training.
9) Q: The Microsoft Official Curriculum-MOC for Azure only comes digital and not physical books.
The Labs for the courses are married up to the MOC. I think it is important to have labs that match up exactly to the courseware. There is physical courseware out there (not MOC), but they do not marry up to the official labs. Is there a problem having digital courseware?
A: Digital courseware is preferred.
10) Q: Do you want the Microsoft Official Exams for certification or knowledge/comprehension checks after each lesson/course?
A: No, we are not seeking official certification for employees, just training and a certificate of completion for the courses.
11) Q: Line item# 0001 requests AZ-900T00-A (Azure Fundamentals). This is a 2-day class with Labs
vs. AZ-900T01 (1-day) no labs. Please confirm if AZ-900T00-A / 2-days is the correct course requested A: We are requesting AZ-900T00-A, the 2-day course with labs.
