The contractor must manufacture eight specific items including port and starboard monobloc propellers for CVN-77 and DDG-1000, as well as propeller caps for CVN-77, DDG-1000, LHD-1, and LCC-19 vessels. The work involves manufacturing these components according to detailed engineering specifications, conducting various inspections and tests (visual, dimensional, non-destructive), and proper preservation, packaging and shipping of finished products.

The contractor must maintain specific personnel qualifications including NAVSEA-certified propeller inspectors, qualified welders with approved procedures, and certified NDT personnel for magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, and visual testing. The work requires a quality management system compliant with ASQ/ANSI/ISO 9001 standards. The contractor will perform work primarily at their facility, with no travel required. Access to classified information up to the CONFIDENTIAL level may be needed, requiring appropriate facility clearance. Monthly status reports and inventory tracking of government furnished property are required deliverables. The SOW includes detailed requirements for security protocols, handling of controlled unclassified information, and proper documentation of all manufacturing and inspection processes.
