About this file

This document is a solicitation (Solicitation Number: N6449824R4103) for the procurement of various programmable logic control hardware components, including Input/Output (I/O) Modules and a Steering Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), on a firm-fixed-price basis. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BOA N6449824G4001 to the sole responsible source, Rockwell Automation INC., for these requirements. The Government plans to make the award in the 1st quarter of FY25 under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as Rockwell Automation is the only source capable of fulfilling the Navy's needs. The solicitation provides details on the required products, delivery, and pricing, as well as proposal instructions and evaluation factors. No small business set-asides or subcontracting plan are required.
