(14) calendar days after award. SOW paragraph 1.17 and other sections of the SOW specify additional submittal requirements. Each submittal shall be legible, organized, complete, and in sufficient detail to accurately determine compliance with contract requirements. Government approval is required for submittals designated "G"; all other submittals are for information only “FIO.” The Government will have five (5) business days to review submittals.

Name the electronic submittal file according to its contents. Use Adobe Incorporated’s Portable Document Format (“PDF” or “.pdf”) as the electronic format, unless otherwise required by the Contracting Officer. Provide hard copies of submittals when requested by the Contracting Officer or NSWCPD TPOC. Schedule submittals requiring Government approval before the acquisition of the material or equipment covered thereby.

1.16 PRE-WORK SUBMITTALS: All submittals will comply with requirements of SOW paragraph 1.15. The NSWCPD TPOC shall approve all submittals before the start of work. The Contractor shall provide a submittal register stating document submittal and approval date to the NSWCPD TPOC electronically. All “G” submittals require Government approval before the Contractor's mobilization to the worksite.
