N6449823Q5188 Amendment 0001 Q&A

1. Please clarify SOW Section 3.0.5 which has a NTE of 20, but CLIN 0005 has QTY of 10?

A.1 In PWS section 3.0.5, the NTE quantity for Halotrons is ten (10), not 20.

2. Could you please provide historical data for previous inspections?

Below is tabular summary of fire ext from previous contract:

3. Please confirm and clarify the total number of replacement extinguishers?

A3. For 15.5-lbs Halotron Fire Ext, the number of replacements is ten (10) for each contract year. For 10-lbs ABC Fire Ext, the number of replacements is eight (8) for each contract year.

4. Could you please provide the current inventory list or would it be shared with the awarded contractor?

A4. PWS Table 1, List of Fire Ext and Locations is the inventory list, on page 2 and 3 of the PWS.

5. I would like to confirm that these are typos?:

• Section 3.0.3 Replace 10-lbs ABS Fire Extinguisher, I would like to confirm that they will only need 10-lbs ABC Fire Extinguishers and not ABS A. Correct, the SOW should read “ABC” Fire Extinguisher.

• In section 3.0.4 the first sentence talks about 10-lbs ABD Fire Extinguishers which isn't a type of fire extinguisher B. The SOW should read “…10-lbs ABC fire extinguisher…”
