DESCRIPTION: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for procurement of program management, engineering and IT support for U.S. Navy surface ship programs including DDG 51, DDG 1000, LCS, LPD, LX(R), LHA(R), Landing Crafts, MSC, USCG, International Program (Foreign Naval program initiatives) and test sites at NSWCPD. The main task areas include the following: Program Management Support; Configuration Management; Engineering; General Program and Engineering Support; Test & Evaluation Support; Machinery Control System and Software Support; Information Technology/ Quality Assurance (QA) Development; Ship Deck Systems; Integrated Product Team (IPT) Support; Post Delivery and In-service Technical Support; and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Documentation and Support. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. This requirement will be awarded based on best value evaluation criteria. This announcement is related to Sources Sought Notice 18-HR-004 which was posted on FBO on 14 Dec 2017.
