About this file

This is a Data Requirements List (DRL) for the Jordan 44 Foot Patrol Boat Foreign Military Sales contract, specifying all contractor data item deliverables required throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

The DRL identifies eleven primary data items required for the 44-foot patrol boat program: Agendas and Minutes (DI-001), Training Syllabus (DI-002), Training Plan (DI-003), Technical Data Package (DI-004), Warranty Information Book (DI-005), Master Equipment List/Configuration Matrix (DI-006), Integrated Master Schedule (DI-007), Boat Information Book (DI-008), Test Procedures and Test Reports (DI-009), Item Unique Identification Marking Medium and Location Listing (DI-010), and Reactivation Plan (DI-011). All submittals must be in English, prepared in contractor format unless specified otherwise, and marked with appropriate Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) designations with releasability to USA and Jordan. Deliverables must be submitted in hard copy and electronic formats (Adobe PDF, native electronic files, or CD media). Review timelines range from 5 to 30 days depending on data item complexity. Key distribution addressees include PMS300F (Case Manager), PMS300F (Logistics), and NSWCCD Code 83. Submittal schedules are tied to contract milestones such as Pre-Delivery Inspection Trials (PDIT) and boat delivery dates, with specific requirements that data be provided for each boat under contract. The document includes detailed specifications for technical content, formatting standards (ASME Y14.100 for drawings), and quality control procedures requiring contractor internal verification rather than reliance on government review for technical accuracy.
