About this file

This document is a federal solicitation for the procurement of Absolute Gas Piston Gauge Systems (AGPGS) for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division. The solicitation (N6426725R1006) seeks to acquire seven (7) Absolute Gas Piston Gauge Systems to replace antiquated mercury manometers, with systems to be used in ship-based and shore-based Navy laboratories. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a three-year ordering period, set aside for small businesses, including service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone, and women-owned small business concerns.

The technical requirements specify precise performance parameters, including a pressure generation range of 0.25 to 50 psi with a measurement uncertainty of 10 parts per million or 1.5x10-5 psi. The contractor must provide comprehensive documentation including calibration certificates, software version descriptions, operator/service manuals, and a repairable parts list. The systems require automated or semi-automated operation, environmental monitoring capabilities, and must be capable of generating both gauge and absolute pressures. Delivery is planned for multiple locations, including domestic and overseas Navy Calibration Laboratories, with a 16-week delivery timeline. The solicitation was issued on 10-Mar-2025, with offers due by 25-Mar-2025 at 11:00 AM.
