About this file
This Request for Quotations (RFQ) solicits stainless steel hoist brackets for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division. The solicitation is a sole source, firm-fixed-price procurement for 34 different types of precision-machined brackets, to be manufactured by Mercury Machining, with a total of 672 individual components needed. The requirement is an all-or-none procurement, with delivery specified for 18 June 2025 to the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Corona, California.
Key procurement details include a complete set of 34 unique bracket types ranging from horizontal support beams and angle brackets to specialized components like stair brackets, railing brackets, and lift beam assemblies. The solicitation emphasizes that items must be new from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), with no secondary market or gray market items accepted. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), provide complete pricing for all line items, and submit quotes electronically by the specified response date. The government will evaluate offers based on compliance with solicitation requirements and price reasonableness.
