Solicitation N6426722Q0019 Question & Response

No. Question Response Action

#1: The question you received suggests that only PMI ATPs can satisfy the 35 hour requirement for the exam pre-requisites. Your response states that the offer “Must be a PMI ATP (Approved Training Provider).

This is not a requirement of PMI as they are willing to accept training from other training providers. This was just verified with PMI today. If an organization that is not a ATP provider offers curriculum that “will prepare students to pass the PMP Exam” and is accepted by PMI for the 35 contact hours, can they still be awarded the contract?

PMI ATP required for this solicitation.

6. One (1) year of award, re-enrollment to the PMP course at no additional cost to the government. The option available can be in person or virtual.

Can the Government provide an estimate as to how many additional PMP Prep Courses each student will want to take during the course of the year?

Does the re-take only apply if the PMP aspirant fails the PMP exam and they want to take the class over?

As this is written, there is no upper limit to the number of classes a student can take or the circumstances under that the student can take the Course.

Free Reattendance You may reattend your course as many times as you want or need to at no additional cost as long as we have open seats available.

It does not matter if you passed or failed or did not take the exam. This is good for one year from your original class.

Please advise on the circumstances or scenarios in which a student will be eligible to take another class.
