Additional procurement requirements identified during PITCO to be coordinated with government POC.

Logistics

Contractor to provide facilities for PITCO (CONUS). Facilities to allow for government personnel to view the integrated system and oversee the testing and configuration management.

GFE will be delivered to Contractor. Contractor shall document receipt of equipment and hardware and shall be responsible for the shipping, receiving and asset management of procured equipment until Guam, where it will be received by the government, post installation. Contractor shall minimize the time the equipment is stored in Guam and maximize the time in the system integration laboratory. Contractor shall track model and serial number of all assets up to final physical installed location.

Contractor to maintain configuration control of the system to include serial numbers, firmware versions, and software versions.

Travel may be required to for accepting/receiving equipment to and installing at Guam.

Depending on Contractor feedback, install locations will be:

Naval Computers and Telecommunications Station, Bldg. 112, NWFTRC ADN Building, Guam, Andersen Air Force Base, North West Field, Bldg. 61300

Naval Computers and Telecommunications Station Bldg. 150

Contractor shall provide anticipated timelines for install and configuration efforts to be completed in the lab and Guam.

Fleet Readiness Configuration Review Board (FRCB)

Provide Data artifacts for the submission of the FRCB. Participate in FRCB meeting. Required data artifacts includes BOM, IDP, test results from PITCO, equipment power and cooling requirements, installation schedule and cutover plans.

Installation

Prior to install, Contractor installation and cutover plan, FRCB data submittals, PITCO results and SOVT plan is to be completed for the installation readiness review, conducted by government.

The contractor shall provide shipping to the government inspection and acceptance location. The contractor shall schedule equipment shipments as to minimize the amount of time the equipment will be in storage on Guam prior to install.

Contractor to pack, secure and ship equipment to Guam. Equipment to be installed in P-715

ADN and ancillary equipment required for OTS nodes located in Bldg. 150, Bldg. 61300 and, if applicable, other identified nodes on the island of Guam.

Contractor to provide sufficient number of personnel to complete the install. Contract shall coordinate with government point of contact to schedule access to work sites.

The contractor shall physically install the OTS and GEMNET equipment in the respective facilities. The installation includes, but not limited to:
