Description:
This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d).
The Naval Surface warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to Asset Panda LLC for the following:
This purchase consists of a one-year subscription for access to (the system) and a one-time service implementation. The service implementation consists of transferal of inventory data from ESED’s current Asset Tracker system to the new system.
The system will not reside on any Navy computer network. It is hosted on the vendor’s servers and accessed via a website application.
This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 30 January 2017, shall be considered by NSWC Corona.
Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Graham Conlon, via email at graham.m.conlon@navy.mil no later than 08:00 am PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N64267-17-T-0055 in the subject.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
