Questions and Answers N64267-17-R-0127 Very Low Pressure Calibrator System
General Questions Concerning the Requirement:
QUESTION: Reference a waiver to the Non-Manufacturer Rule, can a small business distributor propose a solution for this requirement from a “partner-manufacturer” that is a Large business?
ANSWER: There is a Class Waiver listing that is available at http://www.sba.gov/content/class-waivers, which outlines the NAICS Codes that are exempted from the Non-Manufacturer Rule. A thorough review of this list revealed that NAICS Code 334515 is not on the waiver list. Additionally, a Contracting Officer waiver has not been issued.
