Solicitation Q&A
25-SIMACQ-D30-0022 TLC Classroom Furniture
Notice ID: N6339425Q40020002
1. Question: Are you accepting alternate items?
Answer: As long as our requirements are met. If they mean alternative items as in X# of item 1 and Y# of item 2, we would also be ok with that, so long as the Tables (tentative P/N 89862) come in sets of quantity 6 or all in one set of quantity 12, and the Office Chairs (tentative P/N LLR85563) come in sets of quantity 10 or all in one set of quantity 20. The last item, the Podium, is only quantity 2 to begin with.
2. Question: Is there an incumbent and what is the value of the previously awarded contract?
Answer: This is a new requirement, so there is no incumbent.
3. Question: Is this a prevailing wages job?
Answer: This is not a service requirement, only a supply. We are asking for delivery, and installation is not needed.
