NSSMS

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR THE

LOW VOLTAGE POWER SUPPLIES

1. INTRODUCTION:

1.1 This Statement of Work (SOW) shall provide AC-DC power supplies to the S54 In-Service Engineering Branch in the Ship Defense & Expeditionary Warfare Department (S Dept.) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California. NSWC PHD is a field activity of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

1.2 S54 In-Service Engineering Branch in the Ship Defense & Expeditionary Warfare Department (S. Dept.) is the designated In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System (NSSMS).

1.3 The S Dept. carries out engineering, technical, logistics, and leadership functions to conduct the ISEA mission. The customer organizations served include: The United States Navy (USN), USN shore activities, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and industry partners.

1.4 S53 In-Service Logistics Branch is tasked with DMSMS Management Team (DMT)/ Obsolescence Management Working Group (OMWG) responsibilities for the Re-Architected and NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System (RNSSMS & NSSMS) and other systems. DMSMS team identified GDCA, Inc. to reverse engineer and manufacture the AC-DC power supply Part No G638188-5, G638188-6 & G638188-1.0

2. SCOPE:

2.1 This Statement of Work (SOW) shall provide Two (2) each AC-DC power supply as 100 % Form Fit Function (FFF) which will be used in the MK 73 Mod 3 Solid State Transmitter (SSTX), which is part of the MK 57 MODS 12 - 16 NATO Sea Sparrow Missile Systems (NSSMS).

2.2. The subscription to the CCAs shall support the NSSMS program, and shall include:

· Mitigation of major obsolesce issues

· Non- Recurring Engineering (NRE) cost $75,000

· Test Fixture for all three (3) models Cost $6,000

· Two (2) each all 3 power supply prototype cost $17790

2.3. Application access shall be required at Sea sites. The sites listed below are representative of the major locations at which the work of this SOW may be carried out. This is not an exclusive list.

· All platform of CVN, LHD and LHA

2.4. When a site visit is requested by the government, S53 In-Service Logistics Branch will have a government escort provided, if necessary.

3. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS: None

4. REQUIREMENT: Vendor to provide 100% FFF CCAs

5. PERSONNEL REQUIRMENT: None

6. PEFORMANCE:

6.1 Place of Performance:

6.1.1 The place of performance shall be at the Contractor’s facilities and/or NSWC PHD facilities.

6.2 Period of Performance:

6.2.1 Fiscal year 2020
