Sources Sought Notice Request:

Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entit led Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose, this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought /Request for Information (SS/RFI) issued by Naval

Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting

Department, Philadelphia Detachment on behalf of Naval Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS) for the acquisit ion of Polygraph Services . The Government wil l consider and analyze all information received; formal responses wil l not be furnished; however, the information may be uti l ized in the development of a final PWS and/or Request for Proposal (RFP). This is NOT a notice of solicitation issue. This SS/RFI does not constitute a RFP, nor does this issuance restrict the

Government’s acquisit ion approach. No facsimile responses wil l be accepted. The Government wil l neither award a contract solely on the basis of this SS/RFI nor wil l i t reimburse for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. The Government plans to procure Polygraph services as a Commercial Item as defined in FAR 2.101. The expected NAICS code is 561611 with an expected size standard of $25 mil l ion. The expected Federal Supply Code

(FSC) is R499.

Note: The goal of such feedback is to consider suggestions that might enhance competit ion, improve the clarity of the requirement, or leverage industry expertise. The draft PWS below is intended to give perspective vendors clarity on the requirement and is not intended as a contract and may change before solicitation release and/or contract award.
