About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to a solicitation issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka on August 10, 2026, for solicitation N6264926QE039. The amendment responds to vendor pre-quotation questions and updates the Statement of Work (SOW).
The procurement requires the contractor to provide four (4) 40-foot containers for material storage at the Akasaki Container Yard, USN SRF-JRMC Sasebo, Japan. Containers must be ISO668 compliant with exterior RAL6003 olive green painting, double doors on the short side, and forklift pockets. The contractor may provide new or used containers; however, all must meet salient characteristics specified in the item description. If used/second-hand containers are provided, a minimum one-year warranty covering structural integrity is required; brand-new containers require no warranty. The delivery location is Akasaki Container Yard, Tategami-Cho, Sasebo-City, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan 857-0063, with delivery and installation required within two months after date of contract (ADC), though this is a preferred completion date and actual completion will be specified upon award. The government will provide a mobile crane for offloading/unloading operations. The contractor must coordinate the exact delivery date and offloading schedule with the Government Technical Point of Contact. Sasebo Naval Base access is required. Payment will be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) at the FY26 New Budget Exchange Rate of JPY 150.4415 per USD 1.00, though the contract amount is expressed in U.S. dollars (USD) for administrative purposes.

SUMMARY OF CHANGES
Block 14 (Description of Amendment/Modification): The purpose of this amendment is to respond to the following vendor's pre-quotation questions and update SOW to the solicitation referenced at block 9A and B.
Respond to the vendor's pre-quotation question:
Q01: When does the KTR deliver the containers at Akasaki, the customer provide the jumbo forklift or mobile crane to onload?
A01: The government can provide a mobile crane. The government will need to coordinate the delivery date.
Q02: Para 1.4 says "Deliver and install all items to the designated delivery location by [2 months After Date of Contract (ADC). This is preferred completion date and actual completion date will be specified upon award]." This means that 2 months is the must?
A02: No, the only reason why I put that was because that was on the market research quote given.
The completion date is not a must.
