SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been modified:
QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
Question 1: Amendment #1 released today for the South East Nursing MATO which stated that it is considered a new requirement, however, nursing services are currently being provided under the Gulf Coast Medical MATO and Carolina Medical MATO Contracts. It is my understanding that the Gulf Coast Medical MATO Contracts do not expire until January of 2014, but I am wondering if you know if there are plans to recompete the MATO, or if it will be disbanded and requirements will be competed separately under other MATOs?
Answer: This is considered a new requirement. Nursing services currently provided under other contracts may be competed under resultant contracts resulting from this solicitation. The Gulf Coast Medical Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) Contract will not be recompeted as it is currently configured but requirements may be competed under other contracts as needed.
Question 2: L.2.4.5 states, “pricing and supplemental pricing shall be submitted on a spreadsheet…the file shall be named ‘Pricing Sheet for N62645-13-R-0011.xlsx’.” L.2.4.5.1 states, “the file shall be renamed: [name of offeror] pricing sheet.xlsx.” Please confirm which naming convention is required for the submission of the pricing sheet?
Answer: For identification purposes, L.2.4.5 states the name of the document that will be provided to the offerors, "Pricing Sheet for N62645-13-R-0011.xlsx." L.2.4.5.1 instructs the offeror to rename that file for submission purposes: "the file shall be renamed: [name of offeror] pricing sheet.xlsx."
Question 3: Section H.2.1 states, “Lots consist of initial quantities to be awarded at the time basic contracts are awarded.” Section H.2.2 states, “Each lot award determination will be based solely on the price reasonableness and price realism for that Lot.” Amendment 1, Section L.2.4.5.3 states, “the information contained in Enclosures 3-10 {Lots A-F} is provided to assist in the development of pricing and supplemental pricing for the CLINs. These enclosures shall not be submitted with an offeror’s business volume; it is for informational purposes only.” The pricing sheet provided on FBO.gov includes pricing for CLINs and all Lots in a single MS Excel file. Please confirm that the Offeror needs to submit the pricing sheet including CLIN pricing and Lot pricing in the provided pricing sheet to be compliant with the solicitation requirements.
Answer: Yes, the offeror shall submit the pricing sheet including CLIN pricing and Lot pricing in the provided MS Excel spreadsheet in accordance with section L of the solicitation.
