Question Answer

1. 1.2.5 What size stage will have to be set up? Who is responsible for ensuring all the correct parts?

Navy will provide the stage, associated parts, and setup. However, for perspective, the stage will be approximately 20’x10’ to 30’x10’. Either of these size stages should fit within the provided tent.

2. When will this be awarded? The inactive policy for 15 days would end the day of the event?

Following the solicitation close date, an evaluation of quotes will take place and award will be made as promptly as possible to permit selected contractor time to complete arrangements.

3. 1.2.11.4. Since this is so close to event time, would a mix of clear and solid sidewalls be acceptable?

As long as it visually pleasing. Clear sidewalls could be used on the front side of the tent facing the water. The rest of the tent is facing a parking lot/road and would be distracting.

4. Do I have to submit the pricing in a certain format, or can I use my standard quote form?

Standard quote form is acceptable so long as all identifying information (CAGE, DUNS, Company name, contact information, etc.) is clearly visible and clear acknowledgement of all solicitation terms, conditions, and requirements as posted.

5. Is there a water source for the restroom trailer?

Water will be provided via hose from a nearby water source.

6. Will there need to be power distribution for anything else besides lights, and restroom trailer? Is please provide specs

There will be tables/booths with computer monitors/TVs, laptops, and some light boards. The area with the stage will have sound equipment and a projector. If electrical capacity is available, the support is welcome, but not required. We have a large number of extension cords on hand.

7. Is the 20 x 30 Tent connected to the 60 x 100 Tent? Will we be able to run temporary ducting through the large tent to the small tent for Climate Control purposes. Or will we need to supply the small tent with its own AC?

The small tent (referenced as ‘20x30’) will be used for boxed lunch distribution. Though positioned adjacently or near by, this tent will not be connected to the larger structure. No AC is required for this tent. Protection from wind or inclement weather is needed, though the 20’x30’ tent does not need to be fully enclosed on all sides.
