Statement of Work
HYPACK
Software Support and Update Service
1. Scope. The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) has a requirement to purchase software support and update service subscription to support existing government-owned HYPACK, Inc. products used by the Fleet Survey Team (FST). These critical HYdrographic survey software PACKages (HYPACK) are utilized to capture, display, and process hydrographic data on a world-wide basis. Packages shall include dongles to enable hydrographic data capture and processing in a simultaneous and asynchronous manner.
2. Requirements:
The service contract shall cover the following types and quantities of HYPACK software:

HYPACK/HYSWEEP
HYPACK Max Office
HYPACK Survey
This service contract shall cover a one-year period and shall provide all the software updates and support needed to maintain the HYPACK software. At a minimum the contract shall include:
2.1 Unlimited technical and application telephone and Internet support
2.2 Software updates and upgrades for all licenses/keys
2.3 Updates for documentation of all software updates and upgrades
2.4 Corrective maintenance for software glitches yielding incorrect results when defects exist with unaltered software releases
2.5 Repair and/or discount on replacement of any defective dongle (key)
3. Period of Performance: Maintenance support shall be provided for a period of 12 months (1 December 2015 – 30 November 2016).
