About this file
This document contains questions and answers from interested parties responding to a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for the Visual Information Support Services (VISS) Follow-On contract. The Q&A addresses key clarification points, including: 1) An acknowledgment that "Attachment 2" referenced in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) was mistakenly included and not actually part of the SSN documents, 2) Confirmation that approximately 15 meetings/events occur per week (1,000 annually), and 3) Responses indicating that certain detailed information about work percentages and subcontractor tasks are outside the scope of the Sources Sought Notice. The government also confirmed they will not be conducting one-on-one meetings with interested parties at this time, but may communicate about potential Industry Day opportunities in the future.

Here are the questions from the interested parties who responded to the Sources Sought Notice for the VISS Follow-On and the answers:
Q1: The PWS states in section 5.0 that "Resumes shall be required for key personnel (Site Manager, Audio Visual Lead and Graphics Lead) per minimum qualifications in attachment 2." Attachment 2 was not provided with the RFI documents. Would your team be able to share the "attachment 2" referenced in the Draft PWS, or the government's preferred qualification requirements for the Key Personnel?
A1: The “Attachment 2” on this SSN stipulating minimum qualifications was not included along with the Draft PWS. It was not needed for the SSN and should not have been referenced on the Draft PWS included on this SSN. Our apologies for the oversight.
Q2: What is an estimate of the number of meetings, events, conferences per annum? What is the number of conference rooms or meeting rooms necessary for coordinating of calendars and schedules?
A2: Approximately 15 per week (1,000 per year)
Q3: Can you provide the anticipated percentage of work each of these areas represent for the overall effort or the number of annual manhours the government anticipates are required to support each of the listed Requirement and Tasks? (Referencing paragraph 1.d of the Sources Sought respondents are required to: "provide details on exactly which tasks will be assigned to those Subcontractors; in addition, provide the names of those anticipated Subcontractors, and list the anticipated percentage of small business subcontracting." & Section 2.0, Requirements and Tasks of the VISS PWS, dated June 10, 2025, indicates four "Requirement and Tasks" to be supported under the VISS effort) A3: This information is outside of the scope of the SSN.
Q4: Will there be any one-on-one session regarding this sources sought notice?
A4: At this time, the Government team does not have any plans to conduct any one-on-one meetings with interested parties. Opportunities for Industry Day, if any, will be communicated when necessary or available.
