Requirement: (1 each) Electrolytic Oxygen Generator (EOG) & (2 each) Automated Electrolytic Oxygen Generator (AEOG) I/O System Hardware Components to support training device:
NAWCTSD currently has a requirement to purchase hardware specified below:
- Chassis with module bays that are designed to accept up to eighteen (18) Input/Output (I/O) modules. The module bays will be populated with both Analog and Digital I/O modules for use in their respective EOG/AEOG training device.
- The I/O subsystem (complete system of chassis and necessary modules) is needed to both monitor and stimulate various components within the EOG/AEOG training device in order to simulate the behavior of a real, functional oxygen generator as used in the submarine fleet.
* Please see attached spreadsheet (EOG_AEOG_PartsRollup) for detailed chassis/cabinet part/configuration specifications and manufacturer part numbers.

Participating vendors shall include the following information with bids/quotes:
1. GSA Schedule and expiration date;
2. Itemized GSA (or other indicated above) pricing quote with applicable GSA/Smart Buy Pricing Spot Discounts;
3. FOB Destination: NAWCTSD/Code: 4.6.8.4., ATTN: Leland Johnson, leland.johnson@navy.mil, 12211 Science Dr, Orlando, FL 32826;
4. System for Award Management (SAM) CAGE Code;
* Please be sure to check your registration status in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/). As of 27 April 2018, SAM is requiring a notarized letter for all renewals and updates to existing registrations. The Government requires an ACTIVE company in the SAM system.
5. Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Number;
6. Federal Tax ID number;
7. Delivery Lead Time (award date) to meet required delivery date: NLT 24 July 2018
Quote submissions are due and must be in the Government’s possession by: EOB 12 June 2018
