About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ N61331-26-QTR20. The document does not address specific products or services required, response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or other substantive procurement details. Instead, it clarifies a single discrepancy raised by a potential offeror regarding conflicting delivery timelines in the solicitation documents.

The Q&A resolves confusion between Section 5.1 Hardware Deliverables, which specifies a 30 Days After Contract (DAC) delivery date, and Section 6.0 Period of Performance, which states a 60-day period of performance after award. The contracting officer confirmed that the correct delivery deadline is 30 DAC, intentionally set earlier than the overall contract performance period to allow time for correcting any hardware issues without requiring a contract extension.

RFQ N61331-26-QTR20 Q & A

Question: In the SOW under 5.1 Hardware Deliverables, Delivery is listed as 30 DAC, however, under 6.0 Period of Performance, POP is listed as sixty days after award. Can you please advise which one is correct?

Answer: 30 DAC; The delivery date and the period of performance won’t match. That way, if there are any issues with the hardware, there is time to correct without extending the contract.
