Questions and Answers N61331-25-T-KS13

Question: Can you confirm the service delivery address for the services requested.

Answer: The location of the installation and service will be at building 110 at the Naval Surface Warfare Center 110 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach FL 32407.

Question: Do any of these locations have an issue with POTS lines?

Answer: We do not require the POTS lines.

Question:

3.3 Contractor shall provide the required Ethernet equipment.

Is there additional equipment needed other than Fiber to Ethernet adapter and network management controller?

3.4 Contractor shall provide Static IPv4, 30 Usable IPs Transport type – Fi

Will a private IP block, such as 192.168.1.1 and set as static IPs meet this requirement?

What is the “Transport Type – Fi” about? Requirement 3.1 states we will provide a single 1Gbps symmetrical Ethernet port. This seems to indicate in-house connections will be Fiber.
