Answer: There are no drawings available at this time and a ship check will not be available for this solicitation.
4. When is the closing date for the contract?
Answer: November 18, 2016 at 1:00pm E.S.T.
5. Is the intent of on line item 2.5 Paint exterior Freeboard to paint the entire freeboard after the corrosion is addressed above and below the beading or just the beading areas on the hull?
Answer: The area around the beading (2-3 inches above and below) needs to be repainted: it is visibly bubbled. If the vendor sands, primes, etc. a larger area in order to correctly repaint the bubbled surfaces, that area should also be repainted.
NOTE: No additional questions will be accepted after 4:00 PM E.S.T November 14, 2016.
