About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity N4523A26Q1328 regarding instructor-led Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Course Training.
The document addresses three key inquiries from prospective vendors. First, regarding pricing data submission requirements under Paragraph 19.D, vendors may satisfy the requirement by submitting a published commercial price list on company letterhead without needing to provide customer invoices. Second, concerning course delivery format, the government prefers a five-day course delivery structure that fulfills the 35-hour requirement, with scheduling to be coordinated between the contractor and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) post-award. Third, the vendor is not responsible for providing PMP exam vouchers, exam fees, or exam scheduling, as these items fall outside the scope of the requirement in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
