The Sources Sought is being issued for market research purposes to identify potential sources. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit capability statements to the specified Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by November 6, 2024. N4523A-25-Q-0300 Sources Sought Q&A

Q: Since this is an On-Ramp, is the base ID/IQ a small business set-aside under NAICS 811310?

A: The IDIQ being on-ramped was not competed as a small business set-aside, and therefore the on-ramping will be competed full and open as was the original award.

Q: According to data from FPDS, there has been minimal activity on the contract since its award, with a task order for the minimum order guarantee of $1.5K and a second task order for TD-142 3-way ball valve repair valued at $42K. Given this context, could you provide insights into the reasons for this limited workload?

A: PSNS cannot provide any information on expected workloads at this time.
