4. Can you supply me with a nameplate data on the motor?

Answer: see drawing in amendment

5. Your work scope asks for a dyno test we do not dyno test motors at full load here in our facility.

Answer: The motor will be tested at the Contractor facility and not at PSNS. The SOW states for the Contractor to complete all rewinding and testing.

6. Another question on the quote according to your work scope you want me to quote doing on all the machine we don't know if its bad yet quoting all of it now will raise the price if its not needed. We can quote a basic rewind and inspect, balance bearings and quote the machine work later if thats acceptable thats normally how we quote things are if you want me to quote everything I can I just need the nameplate data.

Answer: The motor is broken (doesn’t work), the testing requirements prior to rewind is required in accordance with the references stated in the statement of work.
