About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for calibration and repair services for Aerosol Photometers, Model 2iN, issued by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Calibration Center (MARCC) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The objective is to have Air Techniques International (OEM) perform recalibration and repair services for these photometers used to support waterfront projects. The SOW details two shipment schedules: the first to be shipped immediately upon award, involving three Aerosol Photometers with serial numbers 69347, 69349, and 69348, and a second shipment to be shipped on July 30th of FY25, involving nine additional photometers with serial numbers 74203, 74200, 74206, 74202, 74205, 74199, 74198, 74201, and 74204.
The document also provides extensive details on security access requirements, including the need for contractors to obtain DBIDS cards, guidelines for portable electronic devices, and safety protocols for working at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Repair work is subject to additional cost evaluation, with repairs to be issued on a separately funded line item and requiring approval from the Contracting Officer. The SOW emphasizes strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and specific guidelines for working in controlled areas, including restrictions on photography and electronic device usage.
