1. (Purifier) Please confirm if the air dryer is a refrigerated or a desiccant dryer.

a. It is a desiccant dryer.

2. (Compressor)Are you looking for one compressor or one at each pressure rating( it looks like they want a compressor at each pressure rating)?

a. We are interested in one compressor with able to provide different supply pressures

3. (BOTH) Is there any special packaging required?

a. None other than packaged in a way to prevent damage during transit.

4. (Compressor) Air Compressor: What pressure do they need?

a. We are interested in one compressor with able to provide different supply pressures

5. (Purifier) Desiccant Dryer: What type of desiccant dryer? Heatless, Heated, Blower Purge?

a. Blower Purge

6. (Compressor) Clarify the Pressure and ACFM requirement needed. The spec shows multiple Pressures

(100psi, 125psi, 150psi, etc.) and multiple ACFM (541, 496, 434, etc.).

a. Those pressure represent the required range, 100psig-200psig

With a range of ACFM ex. ~ 541-345

b. We are interested in one compressor with able to provide different supply pressures

7. (Compressor)Confirm that you are looking for a rotary screw that can do 200 PSI max, is that correct?

a. Yes

8. (Compressor)What are the electrical requirements (voltage and phase)?

a. 75KW 3-Phase

9. (Purifier) Can you provide some clarification with respect to the desiccant dryer (heatless, blower-purge, etc.). Also, what is the dedicated pressure setting needed for the compressor? (BOTH)

a. It is a desiccant dryer.

b. Compressor needs to have a range of operating pressures

10. (Compressor) Do you need a dryer or tank to go with the compressor?

a. The Purifier is the dryer.

11. (Compressor) Do you know what your overall flow demand is as measured in CFM?

a. ~ 345ACFM AT 200PSIG

12. (Compressor) What is the application of the air? (What is it used for?)

a. Provide compressed air for various applications. Having a range of set pressure fulfills our needs.

13. (Compressor) Will this application need a continuous supply or air, or intermittent?

a. Continuous supply when operating.

14. (Compressor) What is your maximum psi needed?

a. 200psig max

15. (Compressor) What are your power requirements for this unit? (Voltage, Phase)

a. 460 Volts AC

b. 75KW 3-phase

16. (Compressor) Do you have existing equipment? If so, what are the specs on it? (hp, cfm, psi, rpms, etc.)

a. Existing equipment has the same specs as the requested.

17. (BOTH) What is your timeline for placing an order and having equipment in place?

a. ASAP

18. (BOTH) Will this equipment be located inside or outside?

a. Inside a Conex Box

a. No

28. (Compressor) Is installation required?

a. No

29. (Compressor) Verify Pressure, ACFM (flow) and Voltage.

a. 75KW (100HP), 3-phase 60Hz

b. Needs to be able to operate at various set pressures (100psig-200psig, ACFM will vary as well

(ex. 541-344 as pressure increases to 200psig).

30. (Compressor) Need to specify the operating pressure needed, not the whole range of pressure ratings that is stated.

a. Being able to operate within the listed pressue ranges is a requirement. Compressor will be operated at different pressures as needed.

31. (Compressor) What is the NEMA rating of the compressor, NEMA1, or NEMA 4
