AMENDMENT 0001
1. The scope mentions :30 generic hiring commercial ad to be aired 02 May – 11 October
2022. How many times is the advertisement required to be aired in a day?
Request at least three times a day, one in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
2. Under digital elements there is mention of Facebook. Is this the only Social media platform where the ads have to be targeted?
NNSY is using in-house social media the idea is for the Radio Ad to host on their social media platforms for end users to locate by selecting NNSY or other key word.
3. The price format only mentions Radio Advertising Services but the scope mentions geofencing, advertising on Facebook. Do we have to submit a total price for all these services?
We can focus ONLY on Radio Advertising.
4. Will all advertising content/creatives be provided by NNSY?
Approval will be by NNSY.
5. Please advise on the budget allocation for the project.
C1100 will fund.
6. Considering the short timeline, we request to please consider an extension to the submission date.

7. Are you ONLY looking for digital ads (geo fencing via Social Media)?
Digital Ads.
8. Is this an radio/audio campaign?
Yes
9. Assuming you are looking for radio streaming?
If reasonable and available.
10. Is there a required number of impressions for this radio campaign?
Request at least three times a day, one in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
11. Are you looking for radio ads on local radio stations? (this gets expensive)?
No
12. Is there a set budget?
